How We Work
How We're Different
We design, implement and manage truly bespoke teams and projects for brands.
Organisational Design We partner with brands to deliver team structures and new ways of working for their in-house teams across creative (content, design) and marketing. By identifying a brand partner’s working culture, creative & marketing strategies and commercial priorities, we design a bespoke team structure with the relevant skill-sets, levels of experience and processes to match.
Creative Projects Breaking away from a traditional agency set-up, we do not have ‘in-house’ teams. Instead, we put together bespoke teams for each project by seeking out the best individuals/studios to deliver the best work for our brand partners. ModernCommodities manages the delivery process and team to ensure the project brief is achieved through efficiency, strategic focus and a high standard of creative.
Truly Bespoke Solutions We do not have a permanent internal team of creatives. Our approach is to meet the varying creative aesthetic, working culture and budgets of each brand partner with bespoke solutions. We select from a wide pool of talent in our network - including other studios and agencies where appropriate - but with no overhead to cover, we are free to provide the best possible solution for every brand partner.
In-House Experience With extensive experience working brand side, we partner with brands as though we are a part of the in-house team. There is no "Agency vs Client" dynamic, but only an honest partnership and full integration.
Transparent Costing Transparency is key, so we provide a clear breakdown of all costs based on the services agreed and delivered. Our unique business model means that we will never charge unjustified 'traditional agency costs'. Put simply, we charge what services actually cost with very honest and transparent fees. The brand partner will always have a clear and transparent view of whatever the individual creative is getting paid.
